DAY 13 – 23rd January 2025 – The Dead Shrimp and family dinner

In the morning it was mini pancake shoveling time once again, this time a few even had a Nutella. We then headed into the harbor, daddy saw a turtle. He said we missed it because we had our heads stuck in our tablets. We took a dander down the road and mummy spied a Starbucks, daddy was happy to get a cappuccino, his favorite. We then visited a little gift shop. Mummy and Daddy thought it was floating, but then they realized that they had sea legs from all the rocking on the boat. We then went for a swim at the heated pool, While I was swimming I got attacked by a dead shrimp. Its head was hanging off and it looked quite disgusting, Daddy said a Pelican might have dropped it out of its beak. I then practiced some of my swimming, Alan had showed me some tips for doing the breaststroke. For dinner we went to the restaurant where I got a burger the size of my face, french fries and a sprite. Daddy got a fish and its head was still on. We had ice lollies for dessert and we got some Key Lime mints to take home. Teresa drank a whole bottle of wine to help her bad leg.
